Support Groups

Aftercare Support & Education Groups

Aurora Charter Oak patients are invited to attend free aftercare and education support groups for up to a year after leaving the hospital.

These groups are led by Aurora Charter Oak staff members.

There are separate groups for adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (ages 18+).

Adult family members are welcome to attend.

No pre-registration is required.

If you have any questions, please contact Alicia Rivera: 626-859-5289 or alicia.rivera@aurorabehavioral.com

Recovery Support Meetings

Recovery Groups such as AA Meetings are hosted by Aurora Charter Oak Hospital, but the hospital does not run these meetings.

These meetings are safe environments free from drugs and alcohol where individuals are surrounded by others who share the goal of sustained recovery and abstinence.

If you have any questions, please contact Robin McGeough: 626-214-2015 or robin.mcgeough@aurorabehavioral.com
