Patient Satisfaction Outcomes
Individuals who receive treatment at Aurora Charter Oak Hospital and Charter Oak Recovery Center (RTC) are asked to complete a satisfaction survey. The questions on the survey represent “core indicators” that are used by many hospitals across the country. This allows hospitals and consumers to compare results between hospitals, and develop quality improvement plans when indicated.
Aurora Charter Oak Hospital is pleased that we receive very high ratings on our patient satisfaction surveys, with 85% or greater satisfaction scores on all indicators.
