From the 10 Freeway: Exit on Grand Ave. Go North on Grand Ave to Covina Blvd. Turn right on Covina Blvd. Turn left into hospital driveway about ½ mile.
From the 210 Freeway: Exit on Grand Ave. Go South on Grand Ave to Covina Blvd. Turn left on Covina Blvd. Turn left into hospital driveway about ½ mile.
When visiting Charter Oak to see a patient or staff member, please park in our main lot or on Covina Blvd. Please park in any stall available that is not marked as Medical Staff or Doctor parking. Handicapped parking is available.
If coming to the hospital to bring a loved one in for treatment, please park in any space available and walk to the assessment center on the East side of the building. At the front door of the assessment center, please ring the doorbell and a staff member will come to assist your loved one.
For patients driving themselves, please park your car in the main lot and walk to the assessment center. Please ring the door bell and a staff member will assist you. Let the staff know you drove your own vehicle and our intake department will keep the car keys until discharge or help arrange for a loved one to pick up the vehicle.
