Outpatient Services
At Aurora Charter Oak Behavioral Health Care, we address each patient’s individualized treatment needs and life schedule. Aurora Charter Oak Behavioral Health Care offers intensive outpatient services, including Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), utilizing evidence-based practices that assist our patients on their path to wellness and recovery.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Aurora Charter Oak’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a structured outpatient program providing treatment for adults facing mental health and/or substance use problems. PHP is designed as an alternative to, or transition from inpatient treatment, with weekly visits from a psychiatrist, case management, family meetings, and other services offered.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Aurora Charter Oak’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) program is designed to provide an intermediate level of care for adults dealing with mental health and/or substance use issues. IOP is often considered following a period of inpatient hospitalization.
Adult Detoxification & Chemical Dependency Treatment
Substance Use Disorder is a progressive illness, and if left untreated, it can be life-threatening. It’s up to each individual to make the difficult choice to get treatment and commit to rehabilitation. Admitting there is a problem and reaching out for help is the first step, but it is not easy. For some, acknowledging the problem is the hardest part.
Recovery Center
Charter Oak Recovery Center (RTC) is a premier rehabilitation center for those struggling with substance abuse. RTC offers a space where individuals can focus on their recovery in a supportive, comfortable, and private environment. Treatment is provided by psychiatrists, therapists and counselors who understand the heart and soul of recovery.
